2026 Neighborhood Traffic Management Program

In 2026, the City of Lawrence will be focused on delivering several traffic calming projects already in progress through the Neighborhood Traffic Management Program. Because of this active workload, the City will not conduct an open call for new project requests in 2026.

The City anticipates reopening the application process in 2027, and we encourage residents to stay tuned for updates. Thank you for your continued interest as we work to keep neighborhood streets safer for everyone—whether you’re driving, walking, biking, or rolling.
